Everyone we worked with was great! Andy was able to come out next day to recommend the best solution for our 100-year-old house which had some challenging design constraints. Communication by email and phone was spot on. Installation happened just days later. The new system is so much quieter, takes outdoor combustion air, which will help with air infiltration during the winter and it's more efficient! A solid choice for a local company that stands behind their work and is competitive on pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for HVAC needs.

The install crew led by Jason, were very professional and courteous. They arrived Thursday morning on time and had it knocked out by 4 pm. They replaced my furnace and installed a new air conditioning system. The unit looks great and runs great. Our house has never been more comfortable. Our furnace went out on us and we needed a new unit quickly. Keith came out to our house the day he got back from his vacation. He did a wonderful job giving us our options and had full confidence in him. However once he sent the install team out that is when Clark Heating really shined. The demo crew came out in the evening to start work on removing the old units so they could get us heat as soon as possible. Jake did an amazing job with the demo. There was another guy there too but I did not catch his name. They came the next day and worked hard all day to get the furnace up and running for us. After they were done, Jason stuck around and gave us an in-depth walk through of our new thermostat. Everyone involved did a wonderful job. They were very professional and didn’t mind that I was poking around when they were trying to work. Absolutely I would contact them again in the future.

Clark Heating and Cooling originally installed our Furnace and AC in 2003. They have always provided us with excellent service. I always feel comfortable knowing that they are selling us exactly what we need, and not something that we don't. It is with great confidence that I refer them to all of my customers as well.

I called Clark Heating and Cooling on 11/12/2017 as our furnace was not working. A service guy came out and said we needed a new furnace. My husband talked to the sales person Keith Comstock and the next day Tyler and Doug were at our house to install our new furnace. I highly recommend Clark Heating and Cooling.

I highly recommend Clark's Heating and Cooling. My AC went out last Friday. during this first heat wave of the summer, I called Monday morning for service and they sent someone out by 11.30 a.m. My system was shot. By today, Tuesday, they have installed a new one and I have AC. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Awesome from Keith on the first call, to Rich and to Dave and his crew.

They did an awesome job. Very responsive. Every employee we interacted with whether in person or on the phone was very professional, personable and wonderful to interact with. Our family will most definitely be using this company again when needed.
